- Net interest income fell 8.06% to EUR 104.67 million, while net fee and commission income rose 4.2% to EUR 63.26 million.
- Net loans climbed 8.8% to EUR 7.48 billion; lending to households and businesses in southern Italy increased 15% to EUR 811 million.
- NPE ratio gross narrowed 0.3 percentage points to 4.6%; net credit risk adjustments nearly halved to EUR 20.36 million, with cost of risk at 0.54%.
- Total customer funding rose 9.8% to EUR 13.25 billion; the bank completed the Sirio derisking and launched Andromeda with a EUR 22.1 million GBV NPE portfolio.
