- Revenue fell 17.86% to EUR 19.92 million, largely due to the loss of Aldi Online, which reduced sales by about EUR 2.7 million.
- Gross profit held nearly flat at EUR 6.37 million as the gross margin widened 6.4 percentage points to 32% on lower freight rates and a weaker US dollar.
- Operating profit rose to EUR 2.33 million from an operating loss, supported by EUR 4.73 million in other operating income mainly from pension provision releases.
- Management expects a “clear turnaround” in 2026 as one-off ERP rollout costs of about EUR 0.5 million drop out, helped by a new discounter customer and expanding Amazon Global sales.
