- Current Conditions Index climbed 20 points to 122; Future Expectations Index increased 11 points to 129.
- High input costs stayed the top near-term concern, cited by 46% as the biggest operational challenge.
- Farm Capital Investment Index rebounded to 50; 13% reported better finances than a year ago, nearly 25% expect improvement.
- Cash rent outlook for 2027 skewed stable; 19% expect increases, 7% see declines, with 5%-10% gains most anticipated.
