- Closed iovera° divestiture to Zimmer Biomet for up to USD 140 million, including USD 70 million upfront; received USD 73.6 million cash.
- Cut 2026 revenue outlook to USD 735 million-USD 760 million; reiterated EXPAREL sales view of USD 600 million-USD 620 million.
