- Water Infrastructure revenue hit a record USD 102 million, up 5% sequentially, while Chemical Technologies revenue set a record USD 96 million, up 23%.
- Signed a seven-year Northern Delaware Basin deal with a 128-million-barrel minimum volume commitment; the operator conveyed 14 saltwater disposal wells.
- Sees Q3 adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) of USD 90 million to USD 94 million; raised 2026 net capital spending view to USD 250 million-USD 290 million.
