- Noninterest income increased 24% to $156.26 million, while noninterest expense rose 17% to $491.05 million on acquisition-related costs.
- Total assets reached $51.81 billion at June 30, up 15% from Dec. 31; loans grew 17% to $36.47 billion, deposits increased 12% to $39.93 billion.
