- Noninterest expense rose 16.93% to USD 20.3 million, driven by a USD 2.1 million increase in salaries and employee benefits.
- Loans increased USD 102.7 million in the quarter; deposits grew USD 54.7 million.
- Book value per share rose to USD 40.55 at June 30, 2026 from USD 38.71 at Dec. 31, 2025.
