- Tax-equivalent net interest income climbed to USD 140.7 million; net interest margin widened 9 basis points to 3.9%.
- Noninterest income increased to USD 35.8 million, driven by wealth management fees of USD 14 million as assets under management rose to USD 12.2 billion.
- Noninterest expense rose to USD 81.1 million; efficiency ratio worsened 0.97 percentage points to 45.94%.
- Board renewed and increased its share repurchase authorization to 7,200,000 shares through July 31, 2027; no shares were repurchased through June 30, 2026.
