- EBIT climbed 78.8% to EUR 307 million; EBITDA rose 37% to EUR 495 million, lifting the EBITDA margin 3.1 percentage points to 12.4%.
- Revenue increased 2.4% to EUR 3.99 billion, with gains in Steel, High Performance Metals, and Metal Forming offsetting a slight drop in Metal Engineering.
- Free cash flow improved to EUR 224 million from operating cash flow of EUR 344 million; investing cash flow was EUR -120 million, including the BÖHLER Profil sale at about EUR 150 million.
- Outlook kept unchanged, guiding for BY 2026/27 EBITDA of EUR 1.6 billion to EUR 1.85 billion; greentec steel remains on time and on budget, with ramp-up in H1 2027.
