Jitou Finance APP has learned that, according to reports, a banking syndicate led by Morgan Stanley (MS.US) is preparing to sell a debt of approximately 15 billion USD, which is related to a data center project backed by Google (GOOG.US) and leased to the AI startup Anthropic. Even with Google’s endorsement, these bonds are expected to be classified as speculative grade.
