- Net loss widened to USD 27.1 million, or USD 1.69 per diluted share, from a net loss of USD 15.4 million a year earlier.
- Contracted backlog stood at about USD 560 million; the company also set an equity line of credit for up to USD 20 million.
- Bookings included a 330+MW Australia project cleared to start production, with 2H 2026 deliveries, and multiple initial India project wins with shipments underway.
- Guidance calls for Q3 revenue of USD 30 million to USD 35 million; management reaffirmed 40% full-year 2026 revenue growth.
