Flugger issues 7,260 B shares to employees at DKK 20 via restricted share units
Reuters2026/08/05 11:36- Flügger lifted B-share capital by DKK 534,540 via 26,727 new B-shares issued from warrant exercises and Restricted Share Units.
- Warrants added 19,467 B-shares at DKK 321 each, issued without pre-emptive rights.
- Restricted Share Units added 7,260 B-shares at DKK 20 each, also without pre-emptive rights.
- Total share capital will be DKK 60.78 million once registered, implying about 0.9% dilution versus the pre-issue capital base.
- New B-shares carry the same rights as existing B-shares, slated for trading under ISIN DK0010218189.
