- Electronic Components sales rose to USD 7.8 billion with a 4.1% operating margin; Farnell sales increased to USD 500 million with a 9.0% margin.
- Inventory days fell 6 days sequentially to 71; CEO Phil Gallagher said momentum is building across regions, end markets and customer segments.
- Q1 fiscal 2027 guidance calls for sales of USD 9.00 billion-USD 9.30 billion, with non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS of USD 2.80-USD 2.90.
