- The board pulled the CEO’s participation proposal in the Warrant Program 2026/2029 after votes indicated it would miss the required 90% approval.
- About 20.6% of shares and votes had registered to attend the meeting.
- The board plans to return with a proposal on share buyback and transfer authorizations after a legal change takes effect on Dec. 5, 2026.
