- The ongoing study of 67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA at the 8 GBq dose showed meaningful tumor responses in heavily pretreated metastatic prostate cancer patients.
- Radiographic reviews indicated many patients avoided disease worsening, with multiple cases reaching complete response or undetectable disease.
- Two additional complete responses were identified in the cohort expansion, lifting the program total to seven complete response or undetectable disease cases.
- Safety was described as generally favorable, with mostly mild-to-moderate side effects and no high-grade related events reported.
