- Shareholders backed the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as designated auditor, covering the period until the next AGM.
- Director authorities were granted to implement the shareholder resolutions, including a Dividend Reinvestment Plan-related share issue mandate.
- Additional mandates were adopted for share issuance: up to 120,737,767 shares from authorized but unissued stock, plus a cash issue authority for 40,245,922 shares.
- Shareholders also adopted a general authority for the company to acquire shares, endorsed non-executive director fees, plus approved financial assistance to subsidiaries and related entities.
