SharkNinja raised its full-year outlook after second-quarter sales rose on strong demand across its product lineup, with growth led by cooking appliances, beauty products and international markets.

The Needham, Mass.-based maker of Shark vacuums and Ninja kitchen appliances on Wednesday posted net income of $129.8 million, or 92 cents a share, down from $139.6 million, or 98 cents a share, a year earlier.

Adjusted earnings were $1.26 a diluted share. Wall Street analysts expected $1.11 a share.

Second-quarter net sales rose 22% to $1.77 billion from $1.44 billion a year earlier, topping the company's previous guidance. Wall Street analysts expected sales of $1.65 billion.

Sales increased across all four major product categories. Sales from cooking and beverage appliances climbed 36.5%, driven by the Ninja Luxe Café espresso machine and Ninja Crispi cooking products. Beauty and home environment sales surged 65.3% on strength in skincare and fan products, while food preparation appliances rose 13.3% and cleaning appliances increased 4.1%.

International sales jumped 36.6%, led by growth in Europe and Latin America, while domestic sales rose 15.5%.

The company said it expects fiscal 2026 net sales to grow 16% to 17%, up from its previous forecast of 11.5% to 12.5%. It raised its adjusted earnings-per-share guidance to $6.45 to $6.55 from $6 to $6.10.

The updated outlook reflects stronger operating performance and an expected benefit from tariff refunds. SharkNinja said it submitted refund claims totaling about $247.1 million through U.S. Customs and Border Protection and expects to recognize the benefit in the third quarter.

Research-and-development spending rose 22.3% during the quarter as SharkNinja increased hiring and invested in new product categories. Sales and marketing expenses climbed 23.4%, reflecting higher advertising, distribution costs and investments in social-commerce initiatives.

Chief Executive Mark Barrocas said in an interview Tuesday that the company expects international markets to remain its fastest-growing business over the next several years and is continuing to expand its software and artificial-intelligence capabilities to support future product launches.
