- Adjusted EBITDA climbed to USD 70.6 million, up 30% year-over-year; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 3 percentage points to 37%.
- Contribution ex-TAC increased to USD 189.6 million, up 17% year-over-year, led by CTV contribution ex-TAC of USD 97.1 million, up 36%.
- Non-GAAP EPS rose to USD 0.26 from USD 0.20 a year earlier; operating cash flow totaled USD 57.4 million.
- Raised full-year 2026 outlook for contribution ex-TAC growth to 13%-14%, adjusted EBITDA growth to greater than 20%, adjusted EBITDA margin to at least 37%.
