- Net loss narrowed to R$ 379.1 million from a loss a year earlier; adjusted EBITDA margin fell 5.9 percentage points to 28.1%.
- Net debt slipped R$ 194.2 million in the quarter to R$ 18.91 billion; leverage edged up to 5.3x net debt/adjusted EBITDA.
- Cajuína 3 (112.1 MW) reached about 88% completion, with the first six turbines in test operation; full commercial start is expected in December.
- MME Ordinance No. 140 sets compensation steps for wind and solar curtailment from Sep 2023-Nov 2025; the company estimates about R$ 300 million.
