- Nareit FFO attributable to common shareholders rose 5.06% to USD 318.97 million, while FFO as Adjusted slipped 0.06% to USD 321.03 million.
- Segment NOI totaled USD 407.04 million, led by outpatient medical at USD 206.59 million, lab at USD 154.6 million, senior housing at USD 45.85 million.
- Janus Living follow-on offering raised USD 719 million gross in June; Healthpeak held 73.6% voting and economic rights at quarter-end.
