Reuters2026/08/05 21:57- South Bow posted Q2 net income of U.S.$ 134 million, up 39.58% from a year earlier; diluted EPS rose to U.S.$ 0.64 from U.S.$ 0.46.
- Revenue increased 4.2% to U.S.$ 546 million, while income before income taxes climbed 38.1% to U.S.$ 174 million.
- Six-month net income rose 14.67% to U.S.$ 211 million; revenue edged up 1.47% to U.S.$ 1.04 billion.
- Cash and cash equivalents grew to U.S.$ 726 million at June 30 from U.S.$ 549 million at Dec. 31, while operating cash flow rose to U.S.$ 441 million from U.S.$ 319 million.
- South Bow declared a U.S.$ 104 million dividend, or U.S.$ 0.50 per share, paid July 15 to holders of record on June 30.
