- Oral VK2735 Phase 3 obesity studies are slated to begin in 4Q26, following completion of the VENTURE-Oral Phase 2 study in 3Q25.
- VENTURE-Oral showed up to 12.2% mean weight loss at Week 13 on 120 mg, with no plateau; placebo-adjusted weight loss reached 10.9%.
- Oral Phase 1 data showed up to 8.2% body-weight reduction at Day 28 on 100 mg; weight loss was largely maintained through Day 57.
- Pipeline updates also highlighted VK3019 in Phase 1 for obesity, with VK2809 Phase 2b in MASH completed.
