- Disposal date set for Aug. 21, 2026; price set at JPY 4,407 per share; total value JPY 440,700.
- Shares allocated to one director at a business management company; this follows a prior July 10, 2026 disposal under the same plan.
- Combined with the earlier tranche, total disposal for the plan reaches 172,000 shares worth JPY 617.73 million.
