- Sales rose 3.3% to EUR 3.09 billion; EBITDA increased 5.1% to EUR 676 million.
- Fee-based customer contracts grew by 550,000 to 30,270,000, led by IONOS adding 500,000; 1&1 fell by about 140,000.
- Cash capex totaled EUR -283.6 million.
- United Internet confirmed 2026 guidance for sales of about EUR 6.25 billion; EBITDA seen at about EUR 1.45 billion.
