Six Flags FY26 Q2 net loss widens to $203 million; net revenues fall 7% to $865 million

- Net revenues fell 7% to $864.92 million from the prior-year quarter; attendance dropped 7% to 13,128,000 visits.
- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) was flat at $243.07 million, while per capita spending edged up 1% to $62.89.
- On a same-park basis, net revenues rose 2.4% to $864.46 million, driven by 4% higher attendance and continued strength in food and extra-charge spending.
- John Reilly said the streamlined portfolio is lifting results, with season-to-date pass sales up 7% and the active pass base up 6% on a same-park basis.
