- Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased 39.5% to $60.4 million; non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS grew 44.7% to $1.65.
- Marketplace GMV for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026 rose 21.3% to $1.74 billion; active buyers increased 17.1% to 12,823.
- Forecast Q3 revenue of $375 million-$400 million; launched a new $120 million share repurchase program, replacing the prior authorization.
