Reuters2026/08/06 11:54- Oroco reported Phase 2 drill assays from the South Zone at its Santo Tomás copper project in Sinaloa, Mexico.
- Hole S033 intersected 26.48 m grading 0.90% copper, 1.18% CuEq from 48 m depth.
- Step-out holes S031 and S034 hit mineralization beyond the current inferred block model on the zone’s western side.
- Southern drilling (S027, S030, S032) logged mixed oxide-sulphide copper, helping define the South Zone’s southern limit.
- Work remains aimed at upgrading inferred resources to indicated for a pre-feasibility study targeted for Q2/Q3 2027.
