Farmers National Banc Q2 FY26 net income rises 65.6% to $23.04 million

- Net interest income climbed to $56 million from $34.9 million; net interest margin widened 53 basis points to 3.44%.
- Noninterest income increased to $14.4 million from $12.1 million; noninterest expense jumped to $40.9 million from $27.2 million.
- Total assets rose to $7.14 billion from $5.18 billion; net loans increased to $4.72 billion from $3.27 billion since Dec. 31, 2025.
- Second-quarter results included a $1.7 million charge tied to the Middlefield merger and a core conversion to Jack Henry, expected to save about $2 million annually.
