Dow Jones2026/08/06 14:33By Gunjan Banerji
Trading in SpaceX options ramped up yesterday, hitting the highest level since mid-June.
Some of the most actively-traded bets were put options pegged to the shares falling to $100 or $105, Cboe Global Markets data show. (Shares were recently trading around $115.30.)
Puts give the right to sell shares at a specific price, by a stated date, and are often used to hedge stock portfolios.
Trading in put options outpaced trading in calls, a shift from the prior 14 sessions of trading.
