- R&D expense was flat at $2.5 million; G&A expense fell 10% to $2.4 million.
- Cash totaled $18 million at June 30, 2026, down from $27.09 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
- ASCO 2026 update showed DeltEx DRI repeat dosing in newly diagnosed GBM with mOS above 19.5 months, mPFS of 13 months; 43% alive at 24 months.
- Management said INB-619 advanced into IND-enabling studies; initial in vivo preclinical data remains targeted for H2 2026.
