- Adjusted EPS held at USD 0.52; adjusted EBITDA margin edged up 0.2 percentage points to 21.3%.
- Operating cash flow rose to USD 99 million from USD 48 million, driven by about USD 44 million of tariff refunds and working-capital improvements.
- Expanded Medline Sinclair partnership in Canada; repurchased 1.3 million shares for about USD 12 million, maintaining 2026 net sales and adjusted EPS outlook.
