- Total revenues edged up 0.7% to USD 551.56 million, as oil and gas royalties climbed 30.5% to a record USD 46.29 million.
- Coal sales slipped 3.3% to USD 469.54 million on lower average pricing, despite tons sold rising 2.1% to 8,558,000.
- Segment Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, increased 16% to USD 211.51 million as Segment Adjusted EBITDA Expense fell 3.8% to USD 340.05 million.
- Completed the AllDale III & IV acquisition on July 1 for about USD 206.2 million, adding roughly 48,500 net royalty acres and funding it with cash and new debt.
