- Shares were valued at USD 1.45 each; 5,184 additional shares remain to be issued once recipient documentation is completed.
- Total stock consideration for the payment was USD 624,977.49; USD 22.51 will be paid in cash for fractional shares.
- Common shares outstanding totaled 5,861,724 immediately after the issuance, excluding the remaining shares.
