- Net revenue rose 11.6% to R$ 732.32 million; adjusted EBITDA (ex-straight-line rent adjustment) increased 10.5% to R$ 525.37 million.
- FFO climbed 12% to R$ 340.78 million; leverage stood at 1.7x net debt/EBITDA.
- Malls’ sales excluding Shopping Tijuca grew 4.6% to R$ 10.5 billion; occupancy ended the quarter at 96.3% excluding Tijuca.
- ALLOS reaffirmed 2026 guidance for EBITDA of R$ 2.17 billion–R$ 2.24 billion; monthly dividends/JCP of R$ 0.28–R$ 0.30 per share.
