- Rental income fell 12.89% to SEK 96 million, while net operating income dropped 13.77% to SEK 60.1 million.
- Profit from property management slid 9.26% to SEK 19.6 million.
- Q2 pretax profit turned to SEK 132.9 million from SEK 0.2 million, despite rental income down 17.16% to SEK 44.4 million.
- Sold three properties for SEK 172.4 million, SEK 37.2 million above book; completed sale of 36 properties to Episurf with shares and convertibles.
