- Profit before tax climbed 86% to S$54.26 million, despite non-recurring real estate charges including a S$8.57 million development property write-down.
- Profit attributable to owners more than doubled to S$17.2 million; basic EPS after perpetual securities distribution rose to 0.78 Singapore cents.
- Financial services pre-tax profit increased 40.4% to S$31.35 million; retail pre-tax profit more than doubled to S$49.68 million.
- Entered a put-and-call option to sell the 30 Albert Street Brisbane site; expects financial services growth momentum to continue in 2H 2026.
