- Net sales climbed to $6.8 billion from $4.6 billion, while total volume held at 2 billion gallons.
- Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA rose to $148.2 million from $98.2 million, while distributable cash flow increased to $92.6 million from $52 million.
- Fully redeemed Series B preferred units at $25 per unit plus a $0.49479167 cash distribution; units ceased outstanding effective July 30, 2026.
- Declared a $0.78 per common unit cash distribution for Q2, payable Aug. 14 to holders of record as of Aug. 10.
