- Cash consideration totaled MYR 147.32 million (about SGD 46.42 million), funded from existing cash resources, borrowings.
- MYR 3 million (about SGD 945,287) was withheld up to 12 months for potential tax, legal, operational liabilities.
- Target Group net assets were MYR 56.9 million (about SGD 18 million) on a pro forma basis for FY2025.
