- Net interest income climbed 33.9% to $3.1 million on higher interest income, down 17.2% interest expense.
- Provision for credit losses rose to $186,000, reflecting an estimated foreclosure loss, higher loan repricing, inflation, softer real estate prices, economic uncertainty.
- Non-interest income rose 43.2% to $159,000 on higher net gains on loan sales; non-interest expense edged down 0.6% to $2.2 million.
- Assets fell 2.4% to $362.4 million at June 30, 2026; deposits dropped 6% to $260.8 million on lower brokered balances.
