- Monthly consulting fee set at CAD 4,000, totaling CAD 24,000 in cash consideration over the term, before taxes.
- Agreement includes 200,000 stock options, exercisable at the market price on the grant date, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
- Options vest in four equal installments over 12 months, capped at 25% per three-month period, with a two-year expiry from grant.
