- All ordinary shares were exchanged 1-for-1 for newly issued common stock of Wave Life Sciences, Inc. following the Aug. 7 market close.
- The stock keeps the WVE ticker, with the new common shares set to begin trading on Nasdaq on Aug. 10.
- No material impact expected on employees or day-to-day operations.
