- Gross proceeds totaled C$ 12 million; Alpayana S.A.C. topped up to maintain a 9.9% stake.
- Proceeds earmarked for exploration across its Peru copper portfolio, including the Elida project.
- Cash finder’s fees were C$ 405,397.
- Shares carry a hold period until Dec. 11, 2026.
