Venu Holding announces annual shareholder meeting
Reuters2026/08/10 21:20- Venu Holding Corporation will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 23, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on electing seven directors, including two new nominees, Ronald Bension and Jamie Gronowski.
- The meeting will also seek approval for potential issuance of more than 20% of outstanding common stock tied to a July 2026 debt financing.
- Investors will vote on increasing shares reserved under the 2023 omnibus incentive plan to 10,000,000 from 7,500,000.
- Shareholders will also vote on ratifying Grassi & Co. as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
