- Revenue from continuing operations fell 4% to R15.07 billion; profit from continuing operations climbed 20% to R837 million.
- EBITDA from continuing operations increased 2% to R1.61 billion; impairment charges totaled R330 million, mainly tied to Schirm Germany.
- Net debt narrowed to R1.74 billion; free cash outflow was R952 million as working capital lock-up increased by R1.54 billion since Dec. 31, 2025.
- Declared an interim dividend of 116 cents per share, payable Sept. 7, 2026; safety performance included no fatalities and a 4% carbon footprint reduction.
