- Group net interest margin widened 0.2 percentage points to 6.3%; cost of credit risk ratio edged up to 0.6% from 0.5%.
- 1H26 profit rose 17.3% to GEL 1.2 billion, with ROAE of 27.2%; loan book reached GEL 44.43 billion at June 30.
- Declared a 2Q26 dividend of GEL 3.05 per share; board also launched a GEL 59 million share buyback and cancellation program.
