Orlen brings 42 MW solar farm online at Mažeikiai refinery in Lithuania

- Output is expected to cover about 7% of ORLEN Lietuva’s annual electricity demand, cutting procurement costs by about EUR 4 million a year.
- Total project cost was nearly EUR 35 million, including EUR 2.5 million of EU Modernisation Fund support.
- The on-site installation is the group’s largest, spanning about 60 hectares with nearly 68,000 bifacial modules.
