- Six-month net income was USD 4.16 million, driven by USD 4.48 million of Trust Account investment income.
- Results also included a USD 77,000 gain from the expiration of the over-allotment liability, while formation, general and administrative costs were USD 392,818.
- Trust Account investments stood at USD 255.01 million at June 30, 2026, with USD 626,995 of cash held outside the Trust Account.
