- Non-underwriting income increased 19.6% to SGD 6.51 million, helping profit before tax rise 28% to SGD 13.47 million.
- Declared an interim one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 9.07 cents per share, totaling SGD 5.5 million, payable Aug. 31.
