- Net revenue fell 34.1% to R$ 74.1 million, reflecting a shift away from low-margin products and tighter credit risk on crop-season terms.
- Gross profit rose 31.3% to R$ 16.1 million, lifting gross margin to 21.7% from 10.9% a year earlier.
- SG&A expenses dropped 27.5% to R$ 10.7 million, driven by non-recurring 1Q25 items and cost cuts including zero-based budgeting and headcount reductions.
- Gross bank debt ended June at R$ 18.6 million, down from end-2025, while net financial expense widened to R$ 4.9 million on higher debt and short-term funding costs.
