- Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities jumped to $457.5 million from $163.5 million at March 31, boosted by $317.2 million IPO proceeds.
- FDA endorsed sutacimig’s GT data package to move into a Phase 3 pivotal trial at 0.2 mg/kg weekly, with initiation planned in 2H 2026.
- HMB-003 was unveiled for heavy menstrual bleeding, with first-in-human studies planned for 2H 2026 and initial clinical data targeted for mid-2027.
